- You may register only one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If jy999 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and winnings voided.
- You must register using accurate and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
Account Security

Withdrawals

- Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. If your account is terminated, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Terminated accounts cannot be reopened.
Limitation of Liability

jy999 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
Disputes and Complaints
